Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping takes approximately 15 business days. Final shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Once your parcel is dispatched, we email tracking details, which usually update within 24–48 hours.

For cross-border deliveries, import duties, taxes or clearance fees may be charged according to your country's rules. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in item prices or shipping costs.

You may request a return within 14 days after the last item on your order is delivered. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is free, and we will provide a return label. Contact us at contact@arunasbarbsys.shop before returning an item; returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
