Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. During busy sales periods, processing timelines can become longer. We will reach out to you promptly whenever lengthy hold-ups are expected for your purchase.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Final shipping fees for your purchase will be worked out and shown to you before you finish payment. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping: 15 business days. Delivery windows are only approximations and can shift because of courier hold-ups, customs inspections, weather disruptions, logistical bottlenecks or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking After your parcel is dispatched, you will get an email notification that includes your tracking reference. Tracking data usually refreshes and becomes viewable within 24-48 hours after the carrier picks up the package.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer Double-check that your delivery address is fully correct when you place the order. Arunas Barbsys will not take liability for parcels sent to addresses that you entered incorrectly or incompletely. When a shipment bounces back because of address mistakes, you will need to cover extra reshipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages Lost Packages: If your parcel goes missing while in transit, send us a message within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Damaged Items: If your goods arrive with visible damage, get in touch within 48 hours after delivery and attach clear pictures of the goods and outer packaging. We will assess your case and find a suitable solution without unnecessary delay.
Apparel Care and Usage Notice Follow the care guidance attached to each clothing piece when you clean and wear your items. Arunas Barbsys cannot accept responsibility for harm brought on by unsuitable washing methods, high-heat drying, self-modification or improper use of the garments.
International Shipping and Customs Notice For cross-border deliveries, import duties, tax charges or clearance fees may be levied based on rules in your receiving country. All such fees fall to the buyer and are not covered in item prices or postage costs.
